Training Experience

The Faith Based Counselor Training Institute is one of America's leading forerunners in counselor training from a spiritual dynamic. With the passage of a House Bill in 1996, the Texas legislature opened the doors for the "faith community" to be able to acquire a State recognized counselor certification through accreditation by a well credentialed, private sector religious training entity. FBCTI was recognized as that entity. Since that time, faith based initiatives have gone nationwide with the enormous mission of helping people to experience a change of heart, consequently a change of life. Over 8,000 students in all 50 states and several foreign countries have taken courses through FBCTI since its beginning in 1997.
